- Flow Integration Method®
This space was inspired by
personal experiences of work-related depression, as well as attentive observation of human relationships within large workplaces — corporations and other organisational systems.
These are environments where people from different parts of the world, with different cultures, languages and religions, come together, often functioning under intense pressure, expectations and a demanding pace.
Within such systems, tension is rarely related to tasks alone.
It is often connected with difficulties in regulation, nervous system overload and a gradual loss of meaning, which over time may contribute to burnout, withdrawal or conflict.
FIM in Workplaces and Systems does not focus on productivity or optimisation.
It focuses on the person within the system — their state, boundaries, relationships and ability to maintain inner balance within complex structures.
It is a space where people do not have to adapt at the expense of themselves in order to function in the world of work.
